These terms apply to customers who request or are granted access to restricted products through the All Out Hobbys Verified Buyers programme.
By applying for Verified Buyer access, you agree to the following:
1. Genuine Collectors Only
The Verified Buyers programme is intended for genuine collectors purchasing products primarily for their own personal collection.
You must provide truthful and accurate information when applying.
Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being declined or your Verified Buyer access being removed.
2. No Reselling
Restricted products purchased through the Verified Buyers programme are made available on the basis that they are being purchased for your own collection and not for commercial resale.
You must not use Verified Buyer access to purchase products with the intention of reselling them, supplying them to another reseller, purchasing on behalf of a reseller, or otherwise circumventing our purchasing restrictions.
Where we reasonably believe that Verified Buyer products are being purchased for resale, we may refuse or cancel future orders and remove your access to the Verified Buyers programme.
3. Verified Buyer Access
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
All Out Hobbys may approve or decline applications based on the information provided and our reasonable assessment of whether the applicant meets the purpose of the programme.
Verification is personal to the approved customer and must not be transferred, shared or used to purchase products on behalf of another person.
4. Removal of Access
Verified Buyer status is not permanent.
We reserve the right to review or remove Verified Buyer access where we reasonably believe that:

these terms have been breached;
-
information supplied during the application was false or misleading;
-
products are being purchased for resale or commercial purposes;
-
purchasing limits or restrictions are being circumvented;
-
multiple accounts, addresses or other methods are being used to bypass restrictions; or
-
continued access would undermine the purpose or fair operation of the Verified Buyers programme.
Removal of Verified Buyer access does not affect any statutory rights relating to purchases already made.
5. Purchase Limits
Certain products may be subject to quantity limits.
Limits may apply per customer, household, address, payment method or other reasonable measure used to prevent purchasing restrictions from being circumvented.
Attempting to bypass a purchase limit may result in orders being cancelled and Verified Buyer access being removed.
6. Product Availability
Verified Buyer approval does not guarantee access to any particular product.
All products remain subject to availability and may sell out.
We may allocate limited products, restrict quantities or make products available to different groups of customers at different times.
7. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where we reasonably believe that the order breaches these terms, exceeds an applicable purchasing limit, or has been placed using Verified Buyer access improperly.
Where we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the amount paid for the cancelled goods will be refunded.
8. Multiple Accounts
Customers must not create or use multiple accounts to obtain additional quantities of restricted products or circumvent purchasing limits.
We may consider accounts connected by information such as name, household, delivery address, payment details or other relevant information when applying purchase restrictions.
9. Changes to the Programme
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Verified Buyers programme, or change which products require verification.
Any changes will not affect your statutory rights in relation to orders already placed.
10. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
Our normal website Terms & Conditions, delivery terms and returns policy also continue to apply to purchases made through the Verified Buyers programme.
11. Acceptance
By submitting an application for Verified Buyer status, you confirm that:

the information you have provided is accurate;

you are applying as a genuine collector;

you are not applying for the purpose of commercially reselling restricted products; and
-
you agree to these Verified Buyers Terms & Conditions.
