Sell Your Pokemon Cards

We aim to respond to all submissions as soon as possible but depending on the amount of cards that are sent and the eras/sets it may take us a up to 7 days. Once we have assessed them we will let you know if we are interested.

We can provide a rough estimate on what we would pay if you are able to provide us with comprehensive information about the cards you are trying to sell, if its bulk then we can work out a rough price per card and then pay you once we have received the cards and verified the amounts. We will not pay for anything until we have received them and had time to assess the condition. All offers made this way will be subject to normal terms and conditions and condition checks.

We will try our best to be as competitive as possible with our pricing and will offer more money if you take the option of store credit instead of a cash offer. Payment will only be sent via a bank transfer.

Mistakes can happen, we expect all cards submitted must be genuine. If counterfeit or replica cards are identified during inspection, we reserve the right to exclude those cards from the valuation or, where counterfeit cards form a significant part of the submission or we reasonably believe they have been deliberately included, to stop the valuation and reject the entire submission. Where we terminate a valuation because of counterfeit cards, a £10 processing fee may be payable to cover the reasonable inspection and administration costs incurred. You will also be responsible for return postage.

You would be required to pay for any shipping of your bulk/cards to us, however if we decide to go ahead, your offer will include an additional fee to cover the postage you used to send us the bulk.

Hopefully this does not happen, but in the case of a rejected offer, we will return your cards at your expense, from the moment we send your offer you have 7 days to make a decision and arrange collection if you will not be accepting the offer. After 7 days we may begin to charge a "Storage fee" which will be £5 per week starting from the 8th Day this will also include part weeks as well. This fee my be waived on a case by case basis if we are able to maintain good communication throughout the process.

We will only charge storage fees if after 7 days of an offer being made there is no attempt to arrange collection of the cards you have sent.

Yes, we need the submitter to be at least 18 years old in order to submit cards.
